I'd like to (1) update the planetary interaction stuff added in
Dominion, (2) add some blueprint-related stuff. Ultimately I want to
have the functionality offered by EVE-Profits, Profitability of R&D
Agents, assorted other manufacturing/invention related sites, the
facility to do bookkeeping and perhaps dabble in some quant analysis.

This sounds good. The best way to get started is to pick something and
submit a patch for it so we can make sure that you've got the code style
and basic idea down pat. If the patch looks good, we can add you to the
commit list.
