How to run the open_news example

I checked the documents, but I can't find how to run the services.

How can I see admin interface of the open_news example?

This is nothing library-specific but a Django feature, read a bit in the Django (probably rather for version 1.11 than 2.0) documentation to see how to setup and access a Django based admin site.
