Django Firebird driver update for Django 5.0

New pull request merged into Firebird Django driver with the following changes :

Added support for Django 5.0
Added support for partial indexes
Added support for window functions
Added support for TIME WITH TIME ZONE and TIMESTAMP WITH TIME ZONE for TimeField and DateTimeField
Added support for bulk data insertion
Updated firebird-driver to version 1.10.4

This mailing list isn't really a venue for announcing package updates. The forum is a lot more active these days, and the “Show & Tell” section is for announcing projects and updates: https://forum.djangoproject.com/c/projects/11 . Try it there!

I also think you could improve the annuoncement with a small recap of what Firebird is and when one might use it ;)
