[GSOC] model/options.py test suite released

Hi All,

I have opened a Pull Request for a unit test suite for the current implementation of model/options.

The PR can be found here: https://github.com/PirosB3/django/tree/soc2014_meta_unittests and is part of a 1-3 delivery for my SoC project. This will be a good moment to collect feedback and advice, so if you would like to say something, just write it here or on the PR.
