Require password change on first login when creating new users

The goal is to allow users added from Django Admin app to change its own password when doing the first login.

Below it is an example of how it would nice to have when creating a user using Django:

When checking the option Require password change on first login the field name of Password changes to Temporary Password (I got it from requarks.io)
