Django 1.10 and a bug fix release for the 1.9 series (1.9.9) are now available:

With the release of Django 1.10, Django 1.9 has reach end of mainstream support. It will continue to receive security and data loss fixes for another eight months until April 2017. See the downloads page [1] for a table of supported versions and the future release schedule.
