Is it possible to allow deleting a default plugin?

Hello!

I have configured some default plugins for a placeholder in settings, so that a new page will have some content for the editors to fill.

One problem I've encountered is that some plugins should be optional, but appear by default.

In that case when I try to remove a plugin from a placeholder, CMS repopulates it with a new, empty one, since placeholder is empty.

Is it possible to set a list of default plugins, but allow deleting them if needed?
