Notice of upcoming Django security releases (3.1.7, 3.0.13 and 2.2.19)

Django versions 3.1.7, 3.0.13 and 2.2.19 will be released on Friday, February 19, 2021 around 1000 UTC.  They will fix one security defect with severity “moderate”.
