Adding HuggingFace as a Provider

Hello all and best wishes for the western new year,

I am working on adding a HuggingFace provider and suggesting, it could be my searching skills but I now think it's their documentation.

https://huggingface.co/oauth/userinfo returns a 404, as such information relating to the user cannot be retrieved.

As a side note, I've also added a devcontainer to develop in. If it could be useful to you check it out here: https://github.com/thompsonson/django-allauth/blob/main/.devcontainer/devcontainer.json 

make qa works, however make test doesn't. Currently I've changed make test to run tox -e py310-django40. If anyone has any ideas on that one please let me know.
