Sorry for the error with 'setup.py' that some users may experience. A quick-fix is to comment out the 'README' lines in setup.py'. I'll be up with a come comprehensive fix by the end of the day.

i am facing with installation error :

i installed django-ajax-search but inside 'ajax_search' folder (in site-packages) i could not find any static folder,

 where will i find 'ajax_search.css' and 'ajax_search.js' ?

please reply as soon as possible
