· Increase the intake of water to keep your body hydrated. Carry a water bottle when you go outdoors.
· Take fresh fruits / vegetables and fresh juices like lemon juice. This keeps your body hydrated.
· Keep consuming liquids like buttermilk, flavored milk, lassi , Tender Coconut etc to keep the body cool and hydrated.
· Protect yourself from direct Sun. Use hat, sunglasses, umbrella when you go outdoors.
· Wear light colored cotton clothes.
