hey everybody
nick from the bigoceans blog, who some of yall might know or have heard about, had a documentary released about him and his voyage. it just became available for download a week or so ago. it's well done and a great story, i'd suggest checking it out.
for those who don't know, nick bought a contessa 26 in the UK then sailed it across the atlantic and pacific to austrailia from 2006-2009. he started knowing virtually nothing about sailing and with hardly any money (buying the boat on credit and skipping out on marina fees). he wrote extensively about the voyage on his blog, which is all archived.

the trailer is free, the download is $15. email me (stevevonsteve at gmail dot com) if you want to to watch it but can't do the $15.
and of course, discussing the film on here would be exciting.

the makers of the film don't want it distributed outside of people paying for the download, so please don't contact me about that. sorry for the confusion. it's still a great film if you can find a way to view it.
