Start Times and Logistics

[DIY Economy Retreat]

Welcome to Asheville! Today's the day our time together begins and we're all very excited about meeting, learning from and working with all of you. 

A quick note about start times and logistics (fuller agenda to follow):

Sunday

• Tonight we have the GeoDome experience. There are two groups, one at 7pm and one at 8pm. If you haven't signed up and want to attend please send us an email asap. 
• We will be running a caravan to transport folks who don't have a lift and would like one from the Renaissance starting at 6:30. Just to ensure everybody is covered we encourage carpooling and if need be, cabs cost about $4-$6 from downtown to the GeoDome. 
• The address of the GeoDome is:  414 Haywood Road Asheville, NC 28806
• While the 7pm group visits the GeoDome the 8pm group can mingle at the WALK where you can grab refreshments and get to know one another while you wait. 
• Upon finishing the first group will make their way to the WALK and the second group to the GeoDome. The second group will return to the WALK after their GeoDome experience, so the entire group can reconvene.

Monday 

• We begin at 8:30am and wrap at 6:15
• Group dinner (with live music) at 7pm

Tuesday

• We begin at 8:30am and wrap at 5:30pm
• Group gathering (including guests from Asheville) from 6:00pm
