Resource Database

Hey y'all,
As discussed in last night's meeting, I'm going to be organizing a
database of all the contacts we have amongst the group members to help
facilitate collective organization of events. This can include spaces,
bands, and any other resource that would be useful for setting up
events, such as PA borrowing or renting, cheap or free printing for
fliers, etc.
When everything is compiled and we have a name we will be setting up
list specifically for this so that the contact info we have is not
posted on the internet for the world to see.

Here is the info I need about every contact:

Name(Band Name, Space Name, etc.), Type of Contact(Band, Space,etc.),
Contact Person's Name, email, phone number(if available), address(if
available/applicable), Has the person been notified that their contact
info will be going into the database for the entire group to have
access?(If not I will list the group member who submitted the listing
so they can make any contact if necessary)

Please put your name on anything you submit to me. I'm not sure if
everybody's real names are on their group profile and I don't know
everybody very well so I want to make sure I'm listing everybody
properly.

A couple more things I forgot. Try to add a website/facebook/myspace address to the contact info, or multiple ones if they have them. That way we can all check out what's going on and maybe break down the barriers between scenes a little. Also, for venues, add any specific notes or comments about each venue, such as no drinking/smoking, BYOB, curfew, etc. I've already started the list of all the contacts I have. Anybody have contact info for Lucky Gator Loft, Albion House, Locked
Out, or Treasure Town. I'd like to add their info to the resource
database if they are available for collective events.

Also, what's the best contact info for The Juicer? I know a couple of
you live there. Not sure who's best to talk to about shows.
I need some band contact info, too. Most of my contacts are from the
Southside hardcore scene. I know there is a lot more out there.
