Hi David,

If you are sending out a newsletter to the DIY crowd soon, could you
mention that we’re having a sale on our cheese making supplies? We’re
discontinuing everything but the kits – rennet and cultures are so
widely available now that it doesn’t make sense anymore for us to have
them. We’re happy that we were able to offer them when they weren’t
easily available, but it no longer makes sense to keep them in stock.
Sale prices are: Rennet $4.50; Citric Acid, Butter Muslin, & Cultures
$3.50; Tartaric acid $3.
