Resume and cover letter feedback?

Hey folks,

After a handful of years away from academia, I'm currently trying to land job as research assistant/associate (in the US), and am wondering if anyone on this list is in a position where they are involved in hiring new recruits, and if so, whether they would be willing to provide me with some feedback on my resume and cover letter?

Specifically, I've got three openings on my desk that I intend to apply for:

- research associate with the Department of Energy Joint Genome Institute in the Plant Functional Genomics Group (through the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory)

- plant pathology research assistant with nunhems/Bayer Crop Science

- research associate I with Mendel Biological Solutions

Hoping someone can help - I'd be most grateful for the assistance!
