Hi, What do you all use to keep track of your primers? Anything free?

lol, I thought that it was understood that excel is the default all-purpose lab software

Excel and I lock my sheet read only so I don't do anything stupid to my master list. Happened to me before. Dog jumped on keyboard and somehow typed As and Gs only. Bless you, undo....

I keep them in both Excel and PlasmaDNA (a free sequence viewer/restriction/ligation/PCR tool).   Ability to define extra 5' nucleotides in plasmdna is helpful for me.
I've also played around with primers in Genome Compiler, which has some primer design functionality and backs up in the cloud.
