Does anyone out there have a protocol for reconstituting or piecing
together loose DNA from a nearly dried up sealed tube of blood? The
blood comes from a 15 year old 1.5 ml toxicology post mortem sampling.
The sample had no nutrients added and was not frozen But was only
sealed in a glass tube.
