Take a few potato dextrose agar plates, or just potato broth, and leave it out, or throw some dirt  in it, you'll have trich in a few days

I think I might have a plate still covered in it that dried out but its spores are probably good, I'll check

Or gDNA of decent purity works too. I just need some genes and most documentation is for T. Reesei.
