I have generated a partial bibliography with a combination of zotero
and mendeley; it involves partial OCR, so some of the information is
completely wrong, other information was retrieved via DOIs, etc., so
be kind.

This is merely a better format for storing the information, rather
than the list-version that I sent out previously, which neglected to
include citation information- some of those papers are hard to track
down. Of course, the files are available on that same server, but
that's not advertized as loudly.
Take a look at this: "Xurography: rapid prototyping of microstructures
using a cutting plotter". Essentially, they claim that they are using
a process similar to xurography. By moving a cutting instrument around
on the surface, they are able to cut out the shape that they want.
