Looks like trich to me. Check them out at 100x they have pretty unique conidia. Plant spin kits work well for fungi, and though basidiomycetes worked 100 percent of the time for us, ascomycetes were harder.
Spin columns take a long ass time and weren't consistent on molds as the spores are tough and old mycelia dry up behind a chitin wall. We ended up having better success by taking a toothpick scoop of fresh, fresh is key, mycelia and putting in 100ul of water. 95C for 3 minutes. 5ul as template in 50ul run.
ITS1F AND ITS4R are good. I have tubes I can send out in the mail tomorrow if you'd like them.
