Do I need to replenish Kanamycin like Ampicillin?

Hi DIYbio group,
I'm growing E. coli (BL21(DE3)) in a bioreactor with a Kan resistant plasmid for protein expression. Do I need to replenish the Kanamycin every few hours during E coli growth like I do with Ampicillin, or am I good with just the starting amount (50mg/mL)?
