Online course for CRISPR-Cas9

Hello guys,

I just finished today the EdX 7.00 X Introduction to Biology Course, still have the exam to do this week-end, passing grade is 80%, yikes !

This course was very interesting and the teacher Eric Lander is just excellent, I can only recommend.

Now with this basic introduction, i would like to learn more about CRISPR-Cas9. Anyone can recommend a good course online ? EdX do not seem to have one.

I recommend just reading papers on the subject. There are plenty of specifics that can be delved into (different CRISPRs, crystal structure, pragmatic usage, new technologies) and those are best with the papers. If you just want to use it, CRISPR is pretty simple. Check around for recent reviews.
