If anyone wants to see the lab I work at, CUNY TV (a local university TV station) did a piece on science and art. The SVA interview starts at the 20 minute mark. Enjoy!

All the texting you and I did and I've been mispronouncing your last name the whole time!

On the upside, I can finally put a voice to the texts!

Very cool though the lab looks great!

Thanks Alex!

We put a ton of time and effort into making this lab a legit workspace for both science AND art. Fully functional molecular bio setup, an awesome Laminar Flow Cabinet, plenty of grow racks for plant babbies, etc. its really fun seeing artists create things using the tools of science in different ways. A really curious and eager to learn bunch. The hardest part is coming up with answers to most of their questions. The majority of which have to do with things no one has ever done before or a total lack of data on the subject. Keeps me on my toes and forces me to think outside the box. Really a great experience thus far.
