Hey folks,

I started sketching and writing the other day on a whim, "A is for Autoclave".  A description followed, of what it was and how it worked, as well as a few more pages.  Thinking about it, I started wondering about the value of a description vs. a protocol.  What would you prefer?  A book of protocols, or a book of descriptions?  A link to a download is here:

Follow up questions:

What is DIYBIO?  What does a DIY biologist work on?  How can we convey that?

Do you want to get more people involved in DIYBIO?  What is the best way to do it?  How do you do it?

Its not editable, and the title is misspelled (and I can't fix it)!
