Reviews of transcriptic?

Been lurking for awhile, now wading into participating!

I first heard about www.transcriptic.com almost a year ago, and it seemed like an interesting, but very nascent, idea. A friend pointed me back to their site recently, and they have matured quite a bit. They have a very complete API for automatically running experiments in a mixed robot/human laboratory, and then automatically receiving the results online. This is all a very nice idea, but I have no idea if they're any good. Has anybody used transcriptic, and if so, what was your experience?

I am planning on storing cell strains/plasmids there. I contacted them recently about getting it worked out so I can submit and store plasmids there as their service and then people can purchase shipments of the plasmids I have located there. Like an off site DNA distribution area for people to submit plasmids to and get plasmids from. Offsetting the profit + work to a third party would be nice. Anyway, I'd like to see how they do for that, they haven't gotten back to me yet. Perhaps we can setup a small email group of people currently using them to share experience.
