Hi! What do you mean by elsewhere? Would you move to another country just for opening a lab? ;)

Yes. I would. I can afford only basic equipment. I have not idea of the field but is for research, not a clinical lab. Maybe microbiology, environment, genetics. It's hard to find a sponsor!
