Hey,
Any mushroom hunters in the Bay Area on this list? I know it's getting
to be the hunting season and wondered if anyone was planning going on
an expedition in the near future. I've never gone but it sounds like a
fun adventure!

Hey Tito,

I just went out mushroom hunting a couple weeks ago on the Sonoma coast. Got a good haul, it was raining at the time so I bet its even better now.
I'm definitely down to go back.

Hi Tito,
Just spotted this conference, National Science Teachers Association
Conference, March 10-13, 2011 in San Francisco http://www.nsta.org/conferences/2011san/?lid=con
Maybe those teachers will love to see and play an OpenPCR machine.
Happy New Year,
Dawei

Awesome replies everyone, thanks!

I'm headed down to Santa Cruz in about 10 min to the Fungus Fair:

Let me know if you're headed there as well!

I'll be there tomorrow. Don't forget to pick up a mushroom log!

The Santa Cruz Fungus Fair was a lot of fun, thanks to Sal and Paul
for pointing it out! The mushroom lasagna, mushroom soup, and
cheesecake + mushroom sauce were delicious. I learned a bunch about
which mushrooms to avoid and got to look at and touch dozens of
species of edible and poisonous fungi.

Hi all,
I registered for the Marin Mushroom hike this Saturday. It's for
beginners like me :)

Who else is going?
