Hey,
Does anyone want to have a DIYbio-Chicago meetup in the coming month or so? I imagine we could work on a project, something relatively basic yet interesting, like the Macgyver project, to break the ice and discuss any future plans we might have. Feel free to bring like-minded people. No pressure to remain a group, but it's worth a try, I think.
Input on possible dates, places, ideas etc? We can talk on the discussion board (feel free to use the pages/upload files, etc, to enhance your point).

I would be up for a meeting this month. That sounds like a fun plan
for a first meeting. I've been thinking it might also be cool to try
PCR using a set of waterbaths to avoid the expenses of a thermocycler.
