Howdy folks,
I just heard from the production crew at the News Hour with Jim Lehrer that they are broadcasting a segment tonight about amateur biology. They interviewed a bunch of scientists and amateurs back in October (including Jason Bobe and myself) and also filmed the 2008 iGEM Jamboree. I don't know what to expect - but it should at least be interesting. The News Hour is broadcast on PBS and I believe the show is airing at 6:00 pm in the Eastern Time Zone.
