I am recently retired from many years of teaching math at a Community
College in Canada. I signed up for this because I have been interested
for some time in locating and providing materials to support
independent study in mathematics - primarily at the college level, and
I am hoping that some of the participants here will be interested in
helping to test and evaluate (and help me improve) some tools I have
developed for that purpose. The main issue I am interested in is the
problem of locating good materials on a specific topic without
requiring the user to try dozens of items from a Google search before
finding anything useful.
