Custom Board Layouts...like for RadioShack 276-168

I would like to add prebuilt board layouts such as Radioshacks 276-168 board.  Is this doable (and if so, how)?

Me too!  But it looks like no answer for two years :^(

You can always create a diy file with your layout and then import it into other projects. It's not a job for a developer I think.
