Are we still unable to upgrade memberships?

I was trying to upgrade our membership and having trouble. I noticed other users were having the same problem. Has this been fixed? Should I just start a whole new account? Thanks for your help.

Hi there,

We recently decided to end the Extra Awesome service and will replace it with DIY Camps in the coming months. We learned a lot from Extra Awesome and we think we came up with something amazing in our new membership program. It seems you've caught us in the small transition window - I apologize for the confusion!
