Error connecting to APRSC

Hi All,

you may experience connection error to new versions of APRSC server
which means, that after 1 minute of successful connection to the server
DIXPRS initiates a reconnection. Check status messages at aprs.fi to see
wether your system is affected or not.

Fixing the error is easy, delete two lines in dixpigate.py, see commit
at GITHUB:
