It's been over three months - I hope I remember how to do this!

The new word, barring too many DQs, is:

where capitalization has no significance.

If  you know what OOPIK means, please let me know ASAP the same way. If enough people know it, I'll find another word.

I expect votes to be due about 40 hours after the definition deadline.
