OT: Two suggestions

No problem finding it in Google Groups. However, it seems as though it would be a good idea to repeat the the word in each email.

 

Another suggestion I would have is to have players "sign" their emails. I, for one, don't have everyone's email address memorized so that when I'm the dealer, I sometimes have to determine who is submitting a particular definition or votes if their name doesn't appear anywhere in the message, which occasonally happens.

I agree, especially with the first. I've seen, as recently as November, results emails that don't include the word anywhere - not in the subject line, not in the body. That makes things more difficult to find for some of us. It's possible to go to the site, enter the round number, find other emails that include it, and then find the results message right after them - but that's a lot of extra work. Is it that hard to include the word somewhere? Everyone's email organizing approach is different, but even if including it doesn't help you, it does help other players.
