The deadline is 9 am GMT (0900 UTC) on Sunday 9th November. My computer says that is 4 am in New
York, 1 am in Los Angeles, 11 pm in Paris, and 10 pm the Same day in Wellington, New Zealand.
That deadline is longer than I'd normally choose, but any reasonable time on Saturday would be
rather short. However, as is usual, I reserve the right to close voting when all who submitted
definitions have voted, and will hope to be able to do so by 2200 UTC on Saturday.
