Round 3601: MELDROP Update

Happy Thanksgiving!

Santa has arrived in NYC, and no DQs have arrived yet for MELDROP so it looks like it's a go.

I have MELDROP defs from John Barrs, Tim Bourne, Paul Keating, and Eric Boxer.  I have left-over FIPPLE defs from Tim Lodge, Tony Abell, and Debbie Embler that I'll use unless they submit new ones.

Everyone else, get those defs in!  You still have just under 24 hours.
