I thought I knew this word, but I don't see the definition that I believed to be correct. So I'll vote as follows, knowing that I usually choose fake definitions:

4 Artificial ankylosis (since it's artificial, it *must* be fake!)

and

3 A rare congenital condition in which bones in the fingers and/or toes do not develop (because it's rare...and maybe fake!)
