I'm closing the round a wee bit early, since everyone who supplied a def has voted.

Our winner this round is Mike S with his punning contest, who scored a natural 4. He tied with Debbie E, who also scored a natural 4 but was behind in the rolling scores. Debbie's def, the Filipino feast, was very close to the actual def. I omitted the etymology, which would have let you know that a boodle fight is a Filipino military feast where food is laid out on banana leaves and people eat with their hands. According to the article, Everybody was boodle fighting: military histories, culinary tourism, and diasporic dining, the tradition originated at West Point. If not for Dan's last minute hunger-induced voting, I would have scored a D0.
