Bllowthiran is a dialect word, from Banffshire in north-east Scotland. I have no idea why it has the double LL (does anyone else?). The winner, with 5 natural points, is Tony with his thunderstorm. Runner up, with 5 unnatural points is Mike.

Take it away Tony!

This is a present participle.

Scottish National Dictionary gives the infinitives blowder, blowdir, bllowthnir, and a  NE Scotland pronunciation [bljʌuðɪr]. The double L might be intended to represent a “palatalized L” [lj~ʎ] in that pronunciation, to distinguish it from the (perhaps expected) “dark L” [ɫ], before a back vowel. But my knowledge of Scots is so limited that you must treat that as no more than idle speculation.
