Here we have 15 defs of the word HUISQUIL only one of which comes from my dictionary.  Please vote for your two favourites by public reply to this message before the deadline:

Few of these suggest a reason the peculiar shape of the word. Of those that do, I will avoid the etymological club sandwich (I think it overly Barrsesque), and vote for 6 and 7.
