Kowaliga Boat Ramp Improvements

FERC finally published the approved Alabama Power Company Application for the Alabama Department of Conservation and Natural Resources to construct two new piers and add shoreline stabilization, etc., at the Kowaliga Boat Ramp.

Here is an overall general arrangement plot that shows the new features.  The entire report is 89 pages long.  Please let me know if you would like a PDF copy of the entire report, including all the construction details.
