quran.mv thaana transliteration project

www.quran.mv is a website which is made by a person named Akbar and he
needs our help.

The aim of quran.mv is to make it a very good search engine. However
the main obstacle is the dhivehi words which are written in arabic. So
the aim is to change all the dhivehi words which are written in arabic
to dhivehi.

quran.mv uses tanzil.info's dhivehi translation and it dhivehi data
base. Vishah has volunteered to write a script in perl which will
filter out all the words which are written in arabic.

Akbar will write the backend in quran.mv and provide all interested
participants with access.

Even though this is only apply to quran.mv and will not be changed in
tanzil and zekr projects. We can use the same data which is converted
in future projects as well.
