Perl API

I was wondering if anyone is developing a Perl API for divshare?

I do not know any PHP and I am not sure I want to learn another
language just so I can write DivShare scripts. Of course, I still
might. :)

Well, after some help from other perl programmers and some time on my
own, I have cobbled together the beginnings of a PERL API.

Here is what I have:

I really really need some help with making the file uploading work. I
have no idea where to begin unfortunately. I spent a few hours messing
around with the user-agent and the 'POST' method, but I achieved
nothing.
