Error in my_thread_global_end(): 2 threads didn't exit

Hi All,

I'm trying to load the example.php included in the download but I'm
getting this error
"Error in my_thread_global_end(): 2 threads didn't exit". I am not
sure why. I am trying to get a work example so I can make an attempt
to create on in coldfusion. Any help would be appreciated.
