Logo Question

I've had our account transferred over to "Direct", and paid for it
last night... but the logo has yet to appear on the players. I
searched the docs, and found no help on this.

Is it a matter of waiting for the money to clear? Or waiting for a
"switch" to be thrown on your side?

This is a time sensitive issue, and I just want to make sure I haven't
done anything incorrectly.

Kyle, make sure to switch your existing files from "free" to "direct"
status using the pulldown on the dashboard. Let me know if you still
have issues with the logos after doing this. Have a great night,
