get_files method can't find files

Hi,

Having some trouble with the get_files method. It says no files were
found for a file I know is there. I can see the file through
get_user_files, I can download it from the download link, but a
request to get_files doesn't work. I'm trying to make it work in Ruby,
but I can't even get it to work using the PHP library. This has
happened, by the way, with every file I've tried. I've never gotten
the get_files method to work properly.
