To Peacocks,

The 2017-18 Key Club term has finally ended, so welcome to the 2018-19 term! This going to be long email (kind of) so sit down, relax, and I hope it will not be too sappy.

I did not think that I would experience such an explosion of emotions so quickly until DCON 2018. So here I go..Hello. My name is Nancy Pham and I proudly serve as the Immediate Past Lieutenant Governor for Division 31. 100% dues paid, 400 dues paid members, 11 clubs, 12 MRF submissions, 11 DCMs, 7 represented at District Convention 2018, 2 scholarship recipients, $1,162 raised for the Pediatric Trauma Program and a total of 3,619 service hours. Yes, we did that. Not to mention our glow up from Robots with service in our hearts to Peacocks who are always squawking for service.

Division 31, you have filled the holes in my heart. When I felt like I did not belong, you all gave me a place I could call my home away from home, and I hope I was able to do the same. You all became my family and I cannot thank you enough for your welcoming smiles, loving hearts and support. I am beyond proud of each an every single member of Division 31. In a span of one year, Division 31 has accomplished so much. None of this would have happened if it was not for your dedication and love for service. Your initiative to become a servant leader has inspired me throughout this whole term. I have never looked up to people as much as I did for Division 31. In other’s eyes, you all may seem like regular Key Clubbers, but in my eyes, I see the future leaders of this country. Leaders who will share their passion to give back. So I thank you all for holding on and serving alongside me. Thank you so much from not the bottom but from my whole heart.

To the outgoing seniors, thank you so much for serving your communities. I hope that Key Club has given you many fond memories. Please take your passion to serve wherever you may go. Do not forget about the Kiwanis family and I wish you all good luck in your future endeavors. I am not sure if we will cross paths again, but I will definitely not forget you all.

To the rest of you, thank you for taking time out of your weekends to give back. Your efforts are greatly appreciated. If you are contemplating continuing with Key Club, please consider how amazing it is to be a part of this organization. It’s truly an eye-opening and life changing organization. I really hope you will continue to serve your communities, even if you decide to leave. Good luck to you all.

To Mr. Tobias and Immediate Past D11 LTG, Nathan, thank you so much for helping me find the type of leader I am today. You both have been some of my best supporters throughout this term and I will not forget the memories we've made.

Next year will be my last year of high school and Key Club, and I am not sure if it can top this year, but please take initiative and let’s continue to be leaders.  To sum up everything, I feel good oh I feel so good.. I feel fine all of the time, because I was given such a great opportunity to serve you all. I love you all and thank you for everything.

If you ever have any questions or you just want to talk, please feel free to let me know.

(P.S. Please show your support to Lt. Governor Vivi Nguyen. She is beyond qualified to serve you all and I know she will push Division 31 past any limits!!)
