Monthly Submissions
MRFs - Due on the 5th of every month before 6PM
To D31 Secretaries: Because this is your last submission as an officer, I would like to receive 100% early/on-time submissions. Please work to correctly complete and submit your MRF. Remember to fill out every part of the mrf including the club snapshot!
KC Golden Rule: Early is On-time, On-time is Late and Late is UNACCEPTABLE!
Recognition Nominations - Due on the 7th of every month before 6PM
As of February, we started a new recognition program. Each club is asked to nominate any member, officer, or advisor who has shown their passion in serving the community. At the DCM, we will ask those who completed the form to present.
Please fill out this form.
Articles & Visuals - Due on the 10th of every month before 6PM
Message from DNE Veronica: Please remember to send a minimum of 3 candid pictures and 3 articles, candid meaning that you are taking a picture of members in action. You must also include a 2-3 sentence description of what you did. However, do not send in a full on report but instead save that for the club snapshot on the MRF!
2018-19 Officers
Service Agreements
If your newly elected board has not completed their service agreements, please have them do so and submit them to me via email or paper copy to LTG-Elect Vivi at her first DCM (more info will be released soon). Please have this done as soon as possible.
To find the service agreements go to the CyberKey >> Members >> Officers
2018-19 D31 Directory
If your newly elected board has not filled out the new directory, please do so or have them fill it out. It's important that the directory is completed as soon as possible so that LTG-elect Vivi has enough time to prepare for the upcoming term.
Officer Training
Current board, please remember to train your newly elected officers. As new officers, they won't know as much about the club, division, region or district as you do so update them. Give them tips and advice! Please do NOT depend on OTC. Also, sometimes you won't know if they are curious or don't know something, so please take the initiate to ask them if they have questions.
Utilize the CyberKey!!!!
The
CyberKey is an amazing site ran by the District Tech Editor. There you can find so many resources and ideas. The best part is that it's free! Please tell your new board to utilize it as much as they can.
2018 Service Safari District Convention
DCON is next week!! Can you believe that the term is almost over?? I am so proud of you all for taking the initiative to become servant leaders in your communities. Wherever you may go and whatever you pursue, I hope that you will continue to participate and serve your community.
To those attending District Convention, below is a few reminders so be sure to completely read it!
The Code of Conduct form and Medical form are the two most important papers that you must bring in order to participate in District Convention. Please be sure to have those filled out before packing. Also be sure to check in with your chaperones and make sure that everyone is prepared.
